1.) I draw whenever I feel the need to.

2.) Often there's times I'm not very confident about my art.

3.) I generally start drawing the eyes and keep adding, sometimes
it can be the basic head frame.

4.) I started off drawing sailormoon, pokemon-related fanart, and then evolved through a lot of art styles that I liked; merging into my own unique style.

5.) I am still learning and still working on my art, I don't think I'll ever stop.

6.) I get most of my practice from drawing during boring classes which require not too much attention. (haha. Eg: Law)

7.) People (IRL) who don't even know what anime is, seldom tend to appreciate my art regardlessly for some reason..

8.) I like to use anime magazines for help in reference of Cg.

9.) I have never traced a single drawing. (Though you may find that very hard to believe.)

10.) I am against all forms of tracing or stealing someone else's ideas so I try to be as original as I can, although there have been times where I've run into numerous animes which have similar hair styles to my character..@@;;

Watching too much anime? Maybe.
Well, last night I had a dream I was in an anime where
all other anime characters co-existed and crossed storylines..
Well, apparently I was the princess of this large castle and I had long pink hair and purple eyes. :l and wings. XD Angel wings.
And there was a royal court session party going on when me and a bunch of my "sisters" or princesses had to show up and make a grand entrance.. The place where we were to enter was really high because the grand room was kind of like a twenty-four to thirty story building/castle.. and at the very top a maid kept pushing me to make my entrance first.. so I stood at the top looking down a bit at the people who were waiting.. it was like a big grand party going on down there..
For some odd reason on the very bottom floor there was the ouran highschool host club members xDD; I was for some reason intrigued by Kyouya's expression cause he looked so freakin bored.. and then there was Tamaki who was randomly flirting with all the girls he saw.. and Haruhi was standing there just looking like wtf.
The rest of the members were just walking around glancing at stuff here and there; and while I was looking down at them, for some reason I lost foot and fell from the thirty or something stories like a total royal clutz, and my wings drew open just in time to save me from dying so I landed with a nice and soft land on my feet.. Tamaki stopped to stare at my gracefullness and was all like Ouo;;
and the crowd gasped...>_>;; so I felt like omg omg they're all staring at me.. xD; and backed into Kyouya and he stared at me and I was just like O///O DUUUAHH! D: -backs away- XD
and Haruhi just gave me this really kind smile, and I was like "..Oh, Haruhi.. you're so cute.." lol
and the party continued and I danced with this guy dressed up like a phantom XD;; he had shiny black hair and he was really cool looking.. (kinda wants to draw these characters) and later I saw Haruhi being confronted by the members and they were telling her to change so she could dance too.. : o and I already knew he was a she anyway, so xD;; I like walked over to her later on and she was dressed in this really pretty casual blue dress, it was puffy and so cute >w< and I sat beside her and we were talking and I told her that I sucked at being a princess and I was a total idiot and I didn't know why I deserved to be such a "big thing" of the kingdom and she was like 'no, you're a wonderful princess' and she hugged me and stuff.. o3o;; lol and I told her she was pretty and we sorta became friends.. it was so weird to like dream of meeting an anime character who was so in personality o_o; anyway, I met Haruhi guyths.. and Tamaki who constantly asked me to dance with him but I rejected just to see his cute expression LOL.

Well, I was reading through a pretty cheesy little book on how to draw manga that I got in middle school and I found a pretty good practice for those people who want to get away from art block/and/or frustration with the fact that they haven't posted anything on deviantart for quite a while.
Now, I've changed the rules a bit for the list but in general its pretty much the same.
The practice is to convey emotions using your favorite original character. Here's a list of different emotions to convey, each should be drawn seperately and scanned.
